Data I collect
This website is essentially a showcase. Simply browsing it does not require you to provide any personal data: only the minimal technical data needed to run the site is processed (for example your IP address in the server logs and your language preference).
If you choose to get in touch — by email or via WhatsApp — I collect the data you voluntarily provide: your name, email address and the content of your message. This data is used solely to reply to you.
Purposes and legal basis
I process this data to respond to your enquiries and to pursue any working relationship (performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR) and to ensure the proper functioning and security of the site (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Cookies
The site uses only technical cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work: a session cookie (PHPSESSID) and the storage of your chosen language. I do not use profiling cookies, I do not run targeted advertising and I do not use any third-party analytics tools.
Third-party services
Fonts are served directly from this site: no requests are made to Google Fonts and no data is sent to third parties for typography. No third-party tracking, advertising or analytics services are present.
Data retention
Messages and contact details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship. Technical server logs are kept for limited periods for security and diagnostic purposes.
Your rights
At any time you may exercise the rights granted by arts. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. To do so, simply write to info@clericimc.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
